Shipping within the United States. We offer free shipping for qualifying orders totaling $150.00 or more after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Gift Cards do not count toward the $150.00 order total. Free Shipping may have some exclusions during a sale.

*Orders that weigh over 10 pounds will incur an extra shipping fee to cover the shipping of your package. If you do not want to pay this charge, your order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued.

**No Cancellations/Changes to an order after it has been placed. Changes to a shipping address must be addressed by email or verbally within 1 hour.  If there is an error with the billing/shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us where we contact you on the discrepancies regarding the issue with the package. Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs. 

***Items must be picked up within 10 business days. Items not picked up by the close of business on the 10th day, a gift card will be issued and your items will be restocked for sale.  

****Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a gift card for the return/cancellation of an order. Packages sent to military post-offices may have restrictions such as, APO-FPO-DOP. Additional rates may apply.

*****Coupons: We reserve the right to ship with any carrier if a coupon code was used at the time of purchase. 

******We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. For LOST or STOLEN packages please contact your local USPS or UPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed packaged has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Xquisite Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic events.
